Homestretch Granted $125,000 for Affordable Housing

Homestretch Housing presented to the Leelanau Board of Commissioners for funding assistance of an 8 unit rental building set to be built on Marek Road in Suttons Bay. The project is shovel ready, and thanks to $125,000 of the federal ARPA funds being granted, the gap is now $147,345 to break ground.
