Homestretch, the Traverse City Downtown Development Authority, and Tamarack Holdings announce “Cherry Capital City Market” to be part of the Lot O Lofts mixed use affordable housing development in downtown Traverse City.

On a blustery day in November, Homestretch celebrated the Grand Opening of its latest property in Frankfort. A $3.1 million project, the 12 units have 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with washer/dryers.

We are pleased to announce the award of a $800,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) via Homestretch’s project sponsor bank – Mercantile Bank in Traverse City. It is to help fund the Flats on Bridge apartments; a new 24-unit affordable housing development located in downtown Elk Rapids.
